AT.Orange.RV Inc. Parts Exchange and Return Policy
AT ORANGE RV Inc. believes in customer satisfaction that is why we will gladly refund or exchange any defective item and most non defective items within 7 business days of purchase.
However we will only accept items that are in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories and have not been used and must be accompanied with original sales receipt.
1. Refunds will be given in the same tender as the item was first purchased and all refunds MUST be approved by the Manager.
2. In the case of no receipt and approval of purchase from the Manager we will gladly issue you an in-store credit.
3. There are a few exceptions to the refund policy such as:
Any item purchased on final sale, clearance CANNOT be returned;
Any custom or special ordered item CANNOT be returned;
Any items opened and not in original packaging will be exchange only;
Electrical items CANNOT be returned.
5. For refunds or price adjustments, we only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
6. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded unless there has been fault on part of AT ORANGE RV INC.
6. Cost of shipping for parts return is the customer's sole responsibility if the customer requires a refund.
AT ORANGE RV Inc. reserves the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if an item has been damaged. While our POLICIES are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience at AT ORANGE RV Inc. is a positive one.
